• Processing time: All cookies are freshly made. Orders are usually prepared within 1–2 days.

• Shipping time: Orders ship the same day or the next day after preparation.

• Couriers: We ship with PostNL or DHL. Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, but this may vary depending on courier schedules and busy periods.

• Shipping costs: Free shipping on orders of €50 or more. For orders under €50, shipping costs are charged to the customer.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

• Correct address: Please make sure your shipping details are accurate. We cannot refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
